A small house in the valley, surrounding by heavy forest with the view to the rice fields. In the past it used to be a farmer house. We wanted to bare the house, bring back the essence, so the rammed earth walls are painted right now.  A new wooden structure will replace the old, rotten roof, providing with a second floor with the view to the woods and the sky, and a long porch for BBQ. An effort to enhance the vernacular features of a construction method that link you with the ground and the resources nearby.
