SOCIAL PROTOTYPE BLOCK
Free ground floor, creating a porosity playground where people can go in from any direction. Social spots with different activities (pools, icering, sinema outdoor, expositions ...) appeared mix with green areas. Entrances are located in the ground floor to get access to the apartments using the less possible land of the groundfloor and being the structural core of the whole building In the perimeter, kiosks with different functions provide with the basic fo the daily life of the community like laundry services, bikes reparation, cantina, bread shop, alcohol and cigarettes, bars ...
Removing blind walls and making narrow the apartments we create a transparent block, a building with the less width as possible that guaranty natural light in all spaces and natural cross ventilation. Opening the whole facade the apartment seems to don t have limits what is outside what is inside is diffuse blur making the feeling of spaces bigger and luxury.
100 families or 500 families. No density make think in a system to approach the project. A way that being and using the same rules can change and modify itself to find the perfect solution depends of the situation. In this case, using the light parameters as a instrument of design and the aim of the developer for building as much as possible we create the maximum density block for this exercise.
Not knowing the place how to decide for one or another system of facade. We do not know if we are in front of a cemetery, highway, park, old town or suburbs. We decided to create our own world, a green world with plants, light and shadow that protect us from the glance of others and create a greeny atmosphere inside the apartment. It is another luxury element nowadays, to live in the forest, to live close to nature ... let s make it inside. The new filter will change with the season and the type of plants that are going to be chose by the owners.
