"We understand the building as a spacial experience where all the sense are involved in it... a walk of discovering.

We propose a sequence of spaces, offering the customer a unique experience, a permanent surprise. These boxes crash with each other creating a variety of spaces opened to different directions to the outside, trying to bring the nature indoors.  Sunken gardens, trees on the water, the reflection of the waves, views to the sky ... define a new materiality.

Playing with height and scale to break the monotony that usually this kind of buildings offer to the buyers.  The new spaces can be customized differently up to the new needs of the public. The whole complex is surrounding by a thin layer of water creating this image of inaccessible and mysterious object. Rotating the facade gives the impression of a dynamic object, enriching the public space and the surroundings "
