The plot is located in a urban tissue in transformation, part of an incomplete block, mixture of different typologies, functions, heights and some urban voids and unofficial parking lots. The competition requires a Health care center with a SUAP unit as a main program with the idea of fixing the urban issue.

3 transformations or questions to have into consideration, the visual impact of the different heights of the buildings next to, the lack of space for an entrance that should manage  cars, ambulance and pedestrian in the same side and provide with an image that follows the aesthetics of the district.

We attached the volume in different levels to the next buildings to create a continuity and cracked and holed in the middle to create the perception of another perpendicular street providing with a open patio with a garden.

In the ground floor the façade offset from the street to provide with a porch entrance where to wait or line up in the exterior gaining public space and leaving cars ramp in both sides.

The functions are divided in 3 parts for better operations according with the strict functional display play used to in buildings of this kind. A base for the users with bad mobility or urgent treatment, while the consulting part is left in upper floors. In the tower administration, medical storages, restrooms and dining for the workers.

Trying to avoid a cold image of this centers, we introduced natural lights, cross ventilation and trees and gardens to make the experience warmer and less dramatic.
