The plot is located in a privileged place, history and nature coexist few meters away, a roman archeological site, hot springs and the current reservoir of LAS CONCHAS.

Due the urban water rules we need to build upper than 103m level in sloppy emplacement surrounding by trees. With the aim of protecting as much as possible the trees in the area we decided to create a linear volume that twist, turn and open depending what to offer from the surroundings.

Like Plato s cave myth, sequences of inner spaces show, reveal and enhance part of the natural elements from the outside, creating an illusion inside offering a sensorial experience to keep you inside. Senses, water and nature as a way to purify body and soul. All the spaces are interconnected but keep their own privacy offering surprises to the users.

The hole volume is made of reinforced concrete texturized. We wanted to provide a space with no decoration, only matter being the water the main element.
