Repetition, density and module. Following the master plan and “completing the block ” task, the new volume “TURN” gives a new posibility of use. A turn 45ª provides with balconies for each module looking to 2 different directions and extending the view. With this the block folows the sunlight axes gaining some extra hours a day. All the system is based in a module 20m2, a grid that offers a flexible system of combination of houses. Inner patios provide with cross ventilation and natural light to all kitchens and toilets.
