Mom ´s apartment. Life is moving on and our needs are in permanent change. Before ... kids, jobs, timetables, noise, grandparents, school, etc ... Now the situation changed and so did the surroundings. They call it "The second youth".

How to design an interior for that purpose? Now... no kids, no job, no schedule ... time for enjoying the place that you live in,to make it yours,  not in terms of funtionality but flexibility. Now is the time for parties, for reading, for drawings. The time for wine and an unusual appetizer.

Avoiding the classic distribution of corridor and units we offer a circular movement, concentrating all the services needed in the middle. We free the space facing the park, the river and the views outside, becoming one flexible space that can be used and modified depends on the situation. Private spaces are located facing the courtyard. A moving wall gives the possibility of an extra room for visitors (Me) only when it is necessary while the rest of the time it works as a reading room.

To sum up, a new free space to be conquered and enjoyed.
