1 APPROACH

Following the master plan and the general lines marked, this project give a birth to the idea of manipulating this rules to the extreme. We create a maximun volumen permitted and from that, this new object starts to interact with the surroundings.  A metamorphosis is been done ... new cut outs appear to create a new access to the inner patio. We break the corners avoiding those apartments where views are crossed and at the same time the block fragments the scale and provides with views and ventilations, new public spaces are created in different levels and the SUNLIGHT bend the inner cornices giving the possibility of a new tipology and letting the sun inside the volumen and balconies. At last, a tower grows from the last corner open the views to the park and creating a landmark.
